Module containers.work_stealing_deque
Bounded single-owner / multi-thief work-stealing deque.
Provides WorkStealingDeque and WorkStealingTakeResult.
The container is a synchronization object with exactly one owner thread and zero or more thief threads. Language memory safety does not enforce that protocol; callers must respect the documented owner/thief roles.
