Parameters

source Geographic position interpreted in this explicit UTM zone.
result Receives meridian convergence and point scale on success.

Returns

true when this projection is valid and delegated TM factor evaluation succeeds; otherwise false. On failure result is reset to ConformalProjectionFactors!T.init.
