Reverse a coordinate in this explicit UTM zone without throwing.

The automatic UTM latitude band, zone selection, and hemisphere selection are not reapplied.

Parameters

true when this projection is valid and delegated bounded TM reverse succeeds; otherwise false. On failure result remains unchanged.
