Module raster.region
Two-dimensional raster region geometry.
Region2D contains geometry only. It does not own storage and does not imply that any backing memory exists.
Region2D deliberately does not define which coordinate space it belongs to. Higher layers may use it for logical/global image regions, while RasterView uses it for resident descriptor-space regions.
Coordinates and extents use size_t. Arithmetic involving translated extents must remain overflow-safe.
