Module raster.view
Non-owning read-only semantic raster view.
RasterView keeps resident region geometry, physical plane description, storage ownership, and execution representation as separate concerns. It owns neither pixel storage nor PlaneDescriptor storage.
Construction from physical metadata is restricted to the raster package. The caller of that trusted boundary must already have validated storage reachability, alignment, stride arithmetic, sample interpretation, and lifetime.
