Function Region2D.hasRepresentableExtent

Returns true when the translated end coordinates can be represented without overflowing size_t.

bool hasRepresentableExtent() pure nothrow @nogc @safe const;

This deliberately uses subtraction-based checks instead of unchecked x + width or y + height.
