Struct WritableRasterView

Non-owning writable semantic raster view.

struct WritableRasterView(T);

Plane order is logical band order.

Region coordinates belong to the resident descriptor-space coordinate system used by the stable PlaneDescriptor block.

The view owns neither descriptors nor pixel storage.
